Moin,

(English version below)

Freitag
im Monat ab 20h eine Plattform für Vorträge. Dies ist das nächste Thema
(Achtung, außer der Reihe an einem Donnerstag!):

Do, 04.10.18, 20:00: Libreflip – Selbst umblätternder
Open-Source-Buchscanner (Ijon)

Hi,

every 2nd and 4th Friday of the month from 20:00 the open smoke-free
hackerspace AfRA[0] offers a platform for lectures. This is the next
topic (Note: Thursday!):

Th, 04.10.18, 20:00: Libreflip – open source page-turning book scanner
(Ijon)
Lecture and discussion on the digitalization of books in general and on
the history and status of the Libreflip project – a page-turning book
scanner that was optimized to be easily recreatable and is currently in
development.

The next regular lecture evening is cancelled since we will be busy with
build-up of the Vintage Computing Festival Berlin [4]. There will be
exhibitions, lectures and workshops on historical computers and related
devices. Almost all exhibits will be running and can be tried out. With
several workshops and the Game Room there will be activities for kids as
well. Come visit us in the Museum of Technology, the entry is free!

The lectures take place in the new rooms of AfRA at Margaretenstraße 30,
near S+U Lichtenberg (S5, S7, S75, U5). Entry is free, as always. You
can find more information about the lectures here[1].

If you want to give a lecture yourself just get in touch with us via
vortragsorga at afra-berlin.de, our mailing list[2] or on IRC[3].

Grüße/Best, zeltophil
